Senior Manager

Vicky is a qualified ACCA professional with extensive experience supporting a wide range of businesses. From large, complex group structures to owner-managed enterprises, across diverse industries including technology, hospitality, property development, retail, agriculture, and hotels.
She brings specialist expertise in Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credits, Film Tax Relief, and strategic tax planning.
Vicky is our resident expert at Vision Consulting for all matters related to film production with extensive experience working alongside actors, talent agencies, and film production companies. Her background also includes serving as a Financial Controller for an asset management firm, which deepens her insight into financial operations and strengthens her ability to act as an outsourced finance function for clients. Vicky is highly skilled in reviewing existing processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

Career

Ameer graduated with a BSc in Mathematics and is currently training towards his ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has also completed a specialist programme in Private Investments at the University of Oxford.

At Vision Consulting, Ameer works across corporate finance and strategic advisory, assisting clients with due diligence, valuations, business structuring, and tax-related planning. His clients include owner-managed businesses, corporate groups and investors, and he provides commercial and strategic support across a range of industries and cross-border matters.

Prior to joining Vision Consulting Ameer worked as a design consultant alongside his studies, creating bespoke kitchens and bathrooms. Outside of work he enjoys keeping active, spending time in nature and discovering great food.
