Ghulam is the Practice Principal with over 20 years of experience. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance at university and went on to gain a Masters in Business Finance from the University of Brunel.
Ghulam established Vision Consulting in 2002 and sits on the board of several companies across various sectors including property.
Previously Ghulam has worked at KPMG on a range of clients from Airlines to Technology, Media and Telecoms. He advises a wide range of private clients and acts for a number of high net worth individuals. Ghulam has experience of advising directors of UK companies, entrepreneurs, media and sports personalities, and those with inherited wealth. In particular he has extensive experience in property related matters including hotels, care homes, healthcare, HMO’s, student accommodation and prime London residential real estate.
Ghulam also provides strategic and operational advice to growing businesses, including advice on structure and funding, and ongoing accounting and tax support. He has extensive experience of bank, shareholder and parent company reporting and works closely with his clients to develop intelligent solutions tailored to their needs. His strong banking connections enable him to provide pragmatic advice and support to businesses looking to raise finance.
Ghulam also has extensive experience of working on tax investigations including COP9 and other fraud and criminal investigations.
In his spare time Ghulam enjoys swimming , keeping fit, travelling and reading.

Zaman is the Senior Manager and part of the key management team at Vision Consulting. He is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Zaman is also the HR Manager responsible for the team development. He acts for a range of owner-managed businesses, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. He provides services and advice ranging from routine matters such as annual accounts and tax returns to incorporation, business development and acquisitions. In his spare time, Zaman enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing badminton and watching movies.

Umer is passionate about the business benefits of process efficiency and has carried out reviews to improve the operational effectiveness of his clients’ finance and broader business functions. Outside of the office Umer’s interests include current affairs, most sports, especially football and cricket, and travelling to far flung corners of the globe.

Zeshan is a BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance graduate and is working towards his final ACCA exams. Zeshan is an established member of our team and manages a wide client portfolio, ranging from individuals to small and medium sized entities in retail, law, property investment and commodity trading, providing them with business advice and managing their financial affairs. He also specializes in HMRC Code of Practice 9 (COP9) tax investigations. Prior to joining Vision Consulting Zeshan was lucky enough to have participated in the London Olympics as part of the back room team. In his spare time, Zeshan enjoys socializing and is a keen football player.

Elizabeth manages payroll and office administration for Vision Consulting. She is a qualified Advanced Payroll Practitioner and is currently studying the final year of a Payroll Management Degree with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. She has worked in PA roles for both legal and accountancy companies for over a decade. She is also vice chair of the school governors in a local primary school. Elizabeth relaxes by helping in a local scouts group, reading and spending time with her family.

In addition he invests his time in supporting clients by putting together business plans for investors, funders and  internal planning purposes.

His expertise encompasses assessing and appraising client requirements,  utilising his extensive knowledge in the delivery of business and financial solutions, which are on restricted  time frames. Ensuring requirements are structured appropriately across commercial lending is vital. His work spans across asset finance,  invoice finance , commercial mortgages etc.
